Brick command?

Just thinking randomly, would it be possible to have a brick command? For instance I type /brick 4x4f and I'll be holding 4x4f brick. But the thing about it is that could it also do custom bricks like a 1x22 for instance? I have my doubts about it but its only a suggestion.

Using the brick menu, right clicking on a brick will instantly make you use it without taking up brick slots.
