A pack with a thing that looks similar to a gas pump attached to it with a cable. Shoots a stream (if possible) that is a one-hit kill (It IS a nuclear reactor thing) and comes with a "ghost player" that has a lot of health and a large jump power thing and is trapped by the beam.
