Rotate tool for bricks?

I was wondering if it would be a good idea to have angled brick you now rotate it? It's just a suggestion, I'm not sure if it's possible or impossible. So if anyone wants to make one, for them. And instead of chocolate chip, its smarties on it!

It messes up the way data is transmitted. Without weird rotations you can easily store data and cull bricks. With, you can't.
