REMAKE the RC controller NOT PORT IT

Can someone RE-MAKE the RC controller for every vehicle? The last RC controller was really dam agrivating only leaving you in your current looking position. Why not position the camera on the dam vehicle for planes?

...but if you switched to third person the camera would center on the vehicle.

It would hmm I must have installed it wrong or something? could only stay in first-person  Dam I did install it wrong sorry :D
