I saw the weapon In the dogfight server(non automatic version) and I really liked it because of its acuraccy and power. can someone release this? or has it already been released?

there is a full auto m4 in addons section, but you are looking for a semi fire version.

I talked to jorgur about that m16 he said he might get someone else to make an m16 model for him to put the semi auto matic script in.
