Wrong section blocker

What if in the forums there was a mod or something that you cant start a topic in the add-ons lovection of this forum unless your topic contaains a link.

Because most addons have a link to download right this would stop people from posting in the wrong section.

Oh yeah, back on topic. I did something that said "ONLY ADMINS CAN POST IN HTML" on my SMF forum, which means it could be possible to make "POST IN THE RIGHT SECTION".
