Author Topic: How2: Host more than one dedicated.  (Read 1677 times)

If you have an 8 person server, you'd be using 28000-28007, I believe. Solution: change the second server's port to 28010, assuming you've forwarded enough of them (30, 32, whatever).

IIRC there's an option for that in the advanced options menu.
Just tried to do that.
I got the first one for 10 people, port 28000
Second one for 10 people, port 28015
Doesn't work.

What ports are forwarded?

Mind you, I could be completely wrong.

Bumping every 2 hours isn't going to get you anywhere, obviously.
I'm sorry, but I can't think of anything, really, to help you...

Shut up.

I overall just don't know how to create a Dedicated Server. Explanation Please?

Start the included dedicated.bat

Just forward a range of 28000 to 28030 and 29000 to 29030. Then have one dedicated server's port set to 28000 and the other to 29000.

I forwarded 29000 to 29030 and set the second dedi's port to 29000, but yet still only one shows up on the Query LAN list.  I need both to show up, because I need to manage them both from the same computer.

Bump.
