How do I make private doors?

You know how you go to a city builder, and there are some doors that you can't go in because it has been locked by a user. How can I do that to a door?

I know that you use the wrnech then go into events, but thats as far as I can get.

Can someone give me some kind of step by step thing?

Or tell me what I put where form 1-12?

Ok, heres what ya do.

Wrench the door (hit it with wrench) then click Events then at the top it should say something with "unrestricted" change it to whatever.
