there is a moon there. but theres also less stars. that means its not night yet. its sunset. its the frozen sun we cant see.

I'm guessing it's dusk or dawn setting, seeing how there's a starry scene above, but on the horizon, there's daylight.

Its darker if the snow on the ground didn't have light and the bottom of the background was just blue to just make it very dark like mid night with no clouds just bright moons and millions of stars.
