Been done in V8 and fail'd.
It's easy enough to do yourself with Mission Editor.

it may look like night but no. i see white skys witch means its day time. if it was night then there would be lots of stars and snow.

there is a moon there. but theres also less stars. that means its not night yet. its sunset. its the frozen sun we cant see.

As you can see, all the stars are there, just the clouds are making them dim and hard to see.

well i was acting poetic moment cuase my brian was forgeted up. also i do see the picture. it may look like night when you look up in the skys. but when your on ground i see light. so how come we dont need a flash light? cuase its not even darker. so id call that less dark. i think people want it more darker for more epicness. even for youtube videos.

But in real life, all light reflects off snow making it bright, if it were darker we'd be taking away the realis- You know I'm not even going to bother arguing cause I know you won't listen.
