My cousin said there was one in beta city when beta first came out so i definetly think it possible well if what my cousin said is true which i think he is telling the truth.

How exactly did your cousin find this out?

I think there was a screenshot of a build which contained train tracks in the beta, but they were just bricks: there was no actual running train.

there could be a special train brick like the vehicle spawn but only for the train and the brick would look like a train track
