I can't play this without wincing. You snap a chicks foot back into place and she shrieks and holy stuff.

Oh, and it's too god damned hard, you don't have enough time to beat the submarine level.
Remember to sedate them.

The end is awesome too.

Edit: After completing the game I'd have to say that the ending isn't that epic but the game was good.
