Playing multi-player mods which do not modify core .EXE and .DLL files
System hardware configurations
Updated system drivers, such as video card drivers
Using custom skins, sounds or maps

I once banned from a server for hacking when i wasnt hacking, this happened on TF2. Aparently it was one of those "You cheat and some they trace to some one else" hacks. It wasnt a vac ban.

Skins are not cheating as long as they're aesthetic.

Which is why material wallhacks are never detectable. Unless you make it obvious.

Client-sided dev console commands with the Cheat Engine aren't detectable yet.
