There is no law for cyber bullying.

Not true, they are charging a woman with negligent Homicide because she cyber bullied this girl and she hung herself.
They do there best to try and prosecute someone, if something extreme happens to the victim. So unless this guy commits Self Delete and blames it on a forum member here. Tough luck seeing any lawsuits anytime soon.
