Making Oggs - Not working *SOLVED*

I need a little help on making .ogg files. I have Audacity, and have tried many other programs, but my oggs simply won't work in Blockland. Does it need to be mono or something? Is there something Im missing here?

Look at the music section, at the forums home. Look right under where it says Music. What does that tell you?

Well I made it mono and its still not working. Doesnt show up as an addon. Doesn't show up at all.

Hmm, some people have had that problem too.
I use a program called Switch, however it costs money.
It's easy and works very well.
