Customizable Weapons?

Like, you can add scopes at times, Silencers, or like, Regular reasources like lighters and water guns, and mix them together to make a Weapon, i thought it would be good for Survival RP's, i don't think its possible, do to the MASSIVE ammount of Scripting, but if anyone knows if it is, please Post.

No, it was created a long time ago, so I don't know if it Still exists, srry
It was a mod were you can turn a spray can into a rappid firing rocket launcher, plus change gun color
