!!??!? I can't make servers (Even with porting)!?!??!

I port forward my ports. But I still can't make a server. I tried almost all the tutorials that Badspot gave me (The main website.), but still nothing.

What you need to do,like i do i had the same problem just get a broadband modem.But you cant have many ppl on ur sevrer tho.But it still works try it.
