Me and me clan mate were thinking about renting a server, but we'd still need a lot more than just 8 people.
You really can't run a server off your home connection?
I doubt there would ever be more than 20 people.
If you do rent a server though, make sure you don't do it through a reseller or something. They rip you off and you can just go to their hosts for a lower price.
