This is not a list of add-ons I believe are important or vital. It is purely a suggestion that does contain two suggestions, which are only opinions.
With that out of the way, I think the add-ons section needs a sticky thread that contains the most vital and/or important add-ons needed to get the most out of Blockland. Things such as the duplicator and RTB, which sometimes end up burrowing down a few pages. I have seen people on my server that have never heard of some of the greatest add-ons ever created, and I've found this is sometimes because new players seem to think that they should only look on the first 2 pages. I'm not quite sure if the other reasons include laziness or not knowing the forums exist, but I still think this would be a good idea.
EDIT: Sirrus's suggestion gave me this idea; that some add-ons should be built in.
I now realize how long this is, so;
tl;dr -- Add-ons section needs a sticky of the most vital add-ons for new players. Blockland should come with needed add-ons
