You don't have to change the formats unless you can't understand anything.
Right click the dedicated .bat file, click Edit, and notepad should open up.
Where it says "-map bedroom", change 'bedroom' to whichever map name you want. It has to be the actual mission file name, and no I can't give you a tutorial on THAT.
nvm on wat i just said. It works. But, when i go to join it, it says my ping is dead. Im supposing i would need to forward ports, but I dont know how. all the tutorials I find are confusing! HELP!!
There is no other way to port forward.
It's really not as confusing as it looks.
Also, when I've hosted on my desktop and try to join on my laptop, I have to connect by IP to join my own server.
