resize brick and move brick!

hey, i think there should be a move tool and re-size tool, so we could make it easier to get bigger bricks, and so if we didn't put our event brick in the right spot and just noticed after making the events, then we can move it with move! and so if we put a lot of bricks and stuff in the wrong spot and don't have the duplicate ad-on, we can move it easily.

Same thing works the other way: if you have something in the wrong spot and don't have this add-on...
