I thought that this was like a favorite tab in the Join Server menu, like they have in Source games.

You right click a server and click "Add as favorite" and every time a server is being hosted from that IP it shows up in the Favorites tab.

Yes and that is where I get the name. From the mini fig and mini game favorites.

I have a folder named "BLOCKLANDPREFS" on my desktop.

In there, I make any folder such as "TDM", "RPG", "Firefight". I put the config/server folder inside of each.
