Gmod Enjoys crashing!

So, I'm running Steam/Gmod on a windows XP computer and it enjoys locking up. I cant play for too long before i freeze and am forced to look at a wall, or the skybox until i hold down the power button and restart the computer.

I cant really say more than "I hate it" or "Make it stop" but i'm posting here hoping that someone has had this problem before. Anyone?

I wonder if its becuase of my 1,000,000 Power Thrusters.....

Sounds like your problem is due to not having an NPC death animation.

I don't understand why people have problems with NPCs. I load like 5 of them and blow em all up with a rocket and nothing happens other than they die.

Not in the console, you right click the shortcut and in the command line parameters you add -dxlevel80 or -dxlevel70.



But if you want the in-game console anyways, go in Options>Keyboard>Advanced

Sounds like your problem is due to not having an NPC death animation.

Uh, I don't think that could be a problem seeing as THERE ARE NONE.  They turn to ragdolls.  Don't use an animation there either.
