It is a joke, of course. I just don't like the numbers of the City RP servers. 1/2* would be nice. Not 4

Here are some reasons
1. Most people leave them up with a blank bedroom, no city, and expect everyone to build one.
2. Most of the time, the admin is not there so it gets spammed.
3. Most of them all are the same All of them are the same.
