Can someone make a sniper that YOU CAN ACTUALLY SNIPE WITH? You know, like zoom in?

There's going to be three possible responses:

1. There's a zoom-in key? Really? [Where?]

2. Oh. I guess I could do that.

3. I mean like it looks like a scope when you zoom in.

On the occasion of #3, I like that idea.

Zooming is not the problem...
The problem is projectile speed.

I've been told there's a limit, but i've also been told there's a workaround (from a reliable source).
