Disabling

Im suggesting a way you can disable spawning weapons, vehicles, and emitters BUT it's only disabled for Non-admins  so maybe it could be a commands. This could be really good for RPGs where you build houses and stuff like that.

COMMANDS:
/disable [whatever you want to disable]
/enable [whatever you want to be able to do]

I believe you're looking for "Enable". A much better effect, effectively  :P
