I've never heard of a website TELLING you to put random symbols in your password, usually it says "make it easy to remember, but not easy to figure out."

Usually they tell me "PUT MOAR NUMBERS FGT" because I never put anything but lowercase letters in my password.

i hate when passwords require a capital and lower case letters, and at least 1 number. and must be like 8 things long.
