It works in vista, It works in XP, just doesn't work in W7.

I have vista on another partion of my harddisk as this and it detects the
opengl
My graphics card is a on-board ATI Radeon 3100.

Oh god not UAC... I remember how glad I was to have disabled that myself...

I'm on Windows 7 and it works fine for me.

It's either UAC or your ATI driver is messed up.

Yeah, I have learned that Windows 7 has some OpenGL issues.
