Player Type NoSwim, Or Such-And Oxygen Script

-I have been thinking that since the flooding mod came out it would be cool to have a player type that cant swim,or limited, so it makes it harder for Flood RPGs and such.

-Also either a port of the V8 oxygen script or a new oxygen script with a gui or something so we can control how fast the oxygen goes down and how much you can possibly have.

Sorry if there was already a topic for either(which most likely has been posted already)
