The leveling system idea has like 1% possibility of it being made for the game.

Also ryanb31394, I am not telling you to stay away from this topic because of your idiocy, I'm telling you to stay away because I don't like you. If you shoot someone in one state (assuming your in USA) you will have a record in every other state as well.
