Fred the computer voice

What if someone created a mod were you type in the chat box and the computer starts talking.
I don't know how to explain it but that option was made in the old unreal turnament 2004

on my Windows there is a "speech" option where you type it in,choose speed,then listen to the voice and you can download new voices ex:Mr.T

unless you mean something more advanced

I have that on my mac with a whole pack of new voices, one is really creapy were it sounds like a guy is talking under water... But what if blockland had an option that can be turned on or off and comunicate with the voice with players and they talk back to you.
