No. I made a topic asking for it maybe a month ago. It was the thing that OE CAKE showed off their engine, the "Free" one. There is one that cost money, but it obviously isn't this one >.> A demo if you will.

Nope, it doesn't. People say it's illegal because there's no official download anymore.
