it would be fun to ride in, (but not to actually be crippled)

good for city rp's...maybe an old guy with a wheel chair...good reason for ramps in "detailed builds"

there is some wheel vehicles out to download somewhere...but idk where or who made em but they a bit fast and unstable...hard to control...maybe someone can modify them and make it a wheel chair model and make the slow and easy to control

I like this idea. I will attempt to make a decent model now. As for coding, might want to ask someone else.
