Orange Box issue

So i had Vista got rid o that got XP loaded all orange box games worked fine all games but TF2 took less than an hour now i switched it back to vista tried update and each one takes up to 3 hours to update any ideas?

I believe it might just be you.  It works fine with Vista and shouldn't update for that long.  Try ending the updates then starting them back up again.  Then again, I never switched from Vista to XP back to Vista.
