You must likely won't die from H1H3 (swine flu) if you live in U.S. I have also heard of a case where the person didn't receive any medical help or treatment and made a full recovery.

about 20x the people have died from the common cold during the last week then have died from the swine flu in its entirety.

As of 16:00 GMT today, there have been 1490 laboratory confirmed human cases of the influenza A virus throughout 21 countries. Of these infections, there have been a total of 30 reported deaths; 29 in Mexico, and 1 in the United States. If I were sick with the flu, my last thought would be that it was this specific virus.
