Different screens

Would there be a way for you to make different screens like Blurry? We have White out and Damage flash, but is there anything else or could we make it?

And Also, after I .dump'ed Serverconnection, it showed a command called Blackout, but when I tried to use it on my player, it said it didn't know the command Blackout. Is this a screen effect?
