can some one make an MG42 turret that you go in and shoot (like in Medal of Honor Vanguard)

Like a vehicle that doesn't move and has a movable turret? Like the tank with only the turret part. Would be cool, I have to admit.

I finished a DP Russian machine gun and I'm about to start an MG42. However, I don't know about the entering and exiting part.  I was planning mine out as a weapon.
