There were more handicaps here than MetalMario. Someone else could've made this account.
I don't think anyone hates anyone else enough to go to those lengths, not on here anyways. It's mostly everyone taking a stuff on everyone else' heads in the hopes of climbing up the popularity ladder. Making an imposter account would only run them the risk of getting their cover blown by, say, Badspot and then their entire rep they worked so hard to amass implodes on them instantly.
Besides, this is too coincidental and no one really cares enough about metalmario to go through that trouble anyways.
