It added way more than that. TLAD brought a new take on Liberty city and a story mode with 20+ missions with several tie-ins to the Niko story(Which TBoGT will have as well). The whole biker theme was really awesome and, even though I can't really say it was better because of length, I found most missions funner than the original GTAIV missions. Also new bikes, I think I noticed a new car(albeit stuffty), and can't forget about new songs on several radio stations, etc.
