I think Packer made a custom avatar thing in V8...either him or Azerath...I think it was Packer...but he said a new one would be in V9...its V11...Packer when will you make it?I want it back...

I mean...in V8 someone[I think Packer] made a thing called Custom Avatar...you could have hair, horns, and stuff...He said it would be back with more in V9...but I never seen it >_< and I want it!
