I fell off my skateboard today and landed on my left arm, and now my wrist hurts. I don't think I broke it, but it hurts when I bend it or rotate it. (Don't ask me how, but when I fell, I did a 180 and fell on my back)

You sprained your wrist.

I can't rotate my forearm past a certain point without it hurting alot.

Me and my friends were biking. My one friend went off a ramp wrong, went face first right into the ground.

Broke his nose, got several huge cuts on his face, chipped a tooth, and bit a hole through his tounge.

I'm not sure though, because it feels more like I bruised the section closest to my thumb. It only hurts on that side.

Its either sprained or the bone is bruised.

I have had multiple injuries like the one you desciribed.

The other day i was with my freind and it was raining and i turned my bike, and the back wheel flew out and i fell face first to the ground(concrete) I cought my slf with hands luckily then skid on cement(with face) big slab of skin gone. Ow!
