Wanding other player's bricks is now forbidden even under full trust

Not being able to wand things is fine.
The reason is because now hammers can destroy bricks that have other bricks on top of them, as long as it won't start a chain reaction, or in other words, isn't a supporting brick.
This means if you made a wall segment that was supported by another brick, you could destroy any bricks inside it with the hammer.
Someone explained it using a window on page three or four, that may help.
