I redid the first one, and I did the weapons familiarization, and got expert on both. I went to sleep, and about 10 hours later when I woke up they were there. They are also talking about a fix they are going to release soon (hopefully today).

Americas army 3 is unavailable to launch on Steam at the moment. Maybe because of the hotfix being uploaded? :)

EDIT:Hotfix out, updating now.

Double EDIT: After 10 minutes or so, i was able to complete BCT and become a squad designated marksman!
