There is a way to get them though.  But I recommend not getting them.

Change the name of them, in the script, and the folder name.

The other way is alot simpler, but I can't tell you what it is.

On activate -  self - ifvariable - lazy - greater - 0
Variabletrue - Client - Center Print - <color:0000FF>'You should just abandon hope and forget the addons'
Variablefalse - Client - Center Print - <color:00FF00> 'Just reenable each time!'
Uh, I enable them and then when I start a game they disable themselves automaticly so i can't use them at all.
I have seen them. Yes. Not impressed.
The reason no one likes them is because halcynthis made some crappy ones and everyone thinks they are all crappy. These might be disabled by Badspot automaticly due to halcynthis.

Haha, that's why my CityRP kept enabling itself. I didn't even think about it being remotely failed.
