Author Topic: Add ons that have their own mind are a pain in the ass. (Read 961 times)

Two add ons from ym add ons list keep disabling themselves for no apparent reason. These two are the Penetrator and Legend Spells. These legend spells are not by halcynthis but by someone notable.........just don't remember. I'm guessing V11 and V12 broke this but I'm not sure so I am positng this. Why does this happen and is this fixable?

The reason why these Add-Ons are disabling themselves is because Badspot is remotly disabling certain Add-Ons that are of super poor quality or causes massive issues with the game.

I've seen the Penetrator on other servers and it worked fine. The Legend Spells are pretty new, I saw them on Mod Manager.

Trust me, the penetrator does not work fine. Change its name and it will work, and look at the console where it executes. TONS of errors. The legend spells are just bad. You don't want those.

Read the post first before posting. Those legend spells are new. Found them on Mod Manager for soem reason. They are very different and I think they aren't allowed because halcynthis named his Legend Spelss as well. I'm gonna go see if I can find the creator.

I agree that penetrator sucks ass but have you even seen that add on? No.

These mods are In the list of known bad addons for some reason and no, this can not be fixed.
