You could put a server script that it only allows 1 per server.

Most of the vehicles in Blockland are quite generic ("Jeep", "Stunt Plane") and more than one is common. If everybody is driving THE GHOSTBUSTERS VAN filled with logos and special decorations then it looks strange.
