Gameboy Color Emu on NDS?

Is there an emulator that will run GBC roms on a DS? I'm not sure this is the best place to ask.

I believe there should be one if you have an R4 or whatever, except I don't think it could use the GBA slot, because of the lack of the GBC CPU.
