No, that's there for a reason.

Just because you're lazy/can't spell doesn't mean it should be removed. Besides, admins can turn the e-tard filter off.

You can turn off the E-tard filter using RTB Server Control. I believe there is also an option in the Advanced Config/Controls/whatever tab when you click "Start game", but I don't know. I have been using RTB for too long.

I hate how the guy switches from ALL CAPS TO LOWER CASE. He also has various spelling errors that annoy me. This is the guy I wouldn't want to be in a voicechat with. If he can't handle buttons without making me moderately annoyed, he can't handle a microphone.
