I use to watch Mobile suit Gundam as a kid,

That show was the stuff, even though I didn't care about the storyline, the robot fights were cool. :D

Anime has a very particular art style and its own basic set of cliches, to suggest that there's no reason to hate anime is just ridiculous. Just as there's reason to hate all of the cartoons on Cartoon Network at this time for some, there is reason to hate all of the anime at any certain time for others.

I can agree, most of the animes are so generic.

Haha I did that too! I'm not sure if it was that early but I did wake up pretty early to see it for awhile.

I had to wake up at 6:30 so I would be fully dressed and ready for school by 7. :D

I'm not sure about on tv probably on demand though.

First anime I watched was Kiki's delivery service and castle in the Sky and some other Ghibli films. First one on tv was Dragon Ball, then Pokemon. I watched Fooly Cooly on adut swim when i was 9-11 :D

Anime is more loveual these days but back in the day it had full on nudity, no hair covering the private parts.
