Best graphics and game customization, best controls, and best game selection.
Parts are expensive.

favorite games are halo3, CoD5, GoW2.

Good god, what the forget did your idiotic classmates do to you?

Unless it's actually your choice. In that case, you need a burning metal rod shoved up your ass.

Name of System: Personal Computer (PC)
2-5 Reasons: Most of the best games are made for this system, and also, a lot of times, have free DLC. Easy communication to anyone in-game, and you can actually take care of idiots for once!
Least Favorite Part of it: High requirements for most games.

Wut: PC
Whai:
- Upgradable (ie you don't need to go buy a new system every few years to run the latest games)
- Keyboard/Mouse (because I find it a lot easier to aim than with a fumbly brown townog stick)
- In many cases have better communities for each game
- Plenty of free games and mods
- They can be a lot more powerful than consoles if you have the money to do so
- They can be fitted with a cooling system that actually works (lol.)

Disadvantages:
- Hardware can be expensive, depending on how far you want to go. However, games are generally less expensive than console games; probably because the PC game developers don't have to pay licensing fees or something. That's why the xbox 360 is pretty cheap and yet quite powerful, because you effectively pay Microsoft more every time you buy 360 games. That's what I'm assuming, at least. Do correct me if I'm wrong.

Yep. That's why PC is the way to go. Also, research.

yay for my 1000 buck pc that already wasted 2 power supplys :D [/sarcasam]

PC

Reasons:

Modding
Custom maps
Easy to make machinimas
Blockland

Games
DOOM, Half life 1, Worms 2, Blockland, L4D

PS3

Good
- Amazing graphics
- Rather cheap (Compared to a PC, and with the price drop it's a steal)
- Free online (I don't understand what some of you are complaining about... In 2 years I've been disconnected 3 - 4 times and I rarely lag. So it's probably your own internet connection.)
- It has many great games that it's not credited for. Everyone seems to focus on 5 - 6 of the same games and then be all "Pshh! Theres not enough games on that thing!"

Bad
- You don't get a mic out of the box. This can be a problem sometimes but nobody cares that much.

The good:
Wii Motion Plus
Very small
Can take a few drops (It fell a lot of times when i was playing with my wired GC Controller and still works.)
Can play GC games
Virtual console.
No monthly fee for online gameplay.

The bad:
The Friend code system.
